I designed these characters & storyboards for a Donate Life Virginia video while I worked at Photoelectric. The goal of the video was to answer the questions most people have regarding organ donation & encourage them to “say yes!”

The character was intended to be a young person excited about getting their driver’s license. When asked if they would like to be an organ donor, they were faced with questions that they didn’t know the answer to, with the video proceeding to answer those questions. In the end, Donate Life decided to use a more direct approach, where a trustworthy individual (i.e. a doctor) addresses the concerns of organ donation.

I enjoyed designing the final character as well as animating the video. This was my first opportunity to lip-sync a character.
